About Us
Denise Rodriguez is a leading expert on law enforcement operations, collaborative reform, police accountability, civilian oversight of police, community-based policing, and technical assistance. She currently serves as the Chief Deputy Police Monitor on the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States Department of Justice Consent Decree. In this role, she oversees the operational aspects of the team. This includes providing direction to the seven federal monitors on the case, overseeing the development of the monitoring reports, conducting compliance reviews of policies, managing data gathering efforts, and working closely with all the parties involved.
